POPPY SEWING DAY - Saturday 31st August

Aug 31st 2024

We have had a fabulous response regarding the Poppy display, so many people are now involved in knitting poppies, it’s quite overwhelming! We now need to start sewing as well as knitting!! We are organising a  second “poppy sewing day” for Saturday August 14th from 1 pm in the church. Some sewing needles will be provided, but if you have your own, please bring them. We will be using “wool” sewing needles. Teas, coffee and biscuits will be provided. Details of more sewing days will be released soon. Please let the parish adminstrator know if you can attend.
