PLEASE HELP!
22 January 2026
We are the focal point of Romford Market, and are proud to be so, but we need your help!
You may have seen some scaffolding up at the church, as we have a leaky roof and windows, that have seen better days. To stay where we are, we need funds! If you can spare any money for a small donation we would be really grateful - every little helps us repair our 175 year old church.

World Book Day
13th March 26
On 5th March we celebrated World Book Day at St Edward's Church. World Book Day takes place every year to celebrate authors, illustrators, and reading for pleasure. This is very own Lorna who dressed as Snow White for our Toddler Group where they had crafts and fun and every child went home with a book as a gift from us! A lovely morning! Toddler Group meets Thursdays 9:30am-11:30am term time in the Wykeham Centre.

A Christingle service is a festive church celebration that symbolizes the light of Christ and brings together families and communities, particularly during the Christmas season. Our Christingle Service took place in February and was enjoyed by everyone at our service. Here is a beautiful photo of everyone taking part.
