The church of St Edward the Confessor stands in the heart of the busy market town of Romford. There has been a church on this site since 1410, the present church being opened in 1850. The church is open every day except Monday for those attending worship or looking for some peace in a busy world. We are a Eucharist centered church with a strong musical tradition where all are welcome. We very much hope that you will find our website helpful but should you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are currently in a Vacancy period. We pray that we may receive the priest that God has prepared for us, ready to serve us with joy, to build us up in faith and to bring new life to our parish community.
